I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文深圳市金鹏物流园发展研究深圳市金鹏物流园发展研究摘 要物流产业是我国经济增长的重要组成部分，而物流园则是各项物流活动的重要载体随着经济的不断发展，信息技术的不断进步，城市空间布局逐渐优化，国民生活水平的提高，物流园需要与时俱进，及时升级，才能更好地服务城市的运行。在此背景下，本文尝试对金鹏物流园的发展道路进行研究，并提出可行的改进升级举措，以期把金鹏物流园建设成为具有创新功能的复合型产业园，打造成为龙岗区乃至广东省有代表性的物流园本文基于 PEST 模型对金鹏物流园进行宏观环境分析，结合作者实地调研得出的问题，对金鹏物流园采用 SWOT 模型和钻石模型进行竞争力分析，再借鉴国内外物流园的发展经验，得出金鹏物流园需要作出改变传统的仓储模式，迎合物流市场的新发展需求，加强信息化建设，引入先进的物流企业概念等举措的结论。希望本文的研究可以为相关物流园的可持续发展提供指导，同时也为相关学术研究提供有力的案例支撑。关键词：金鹏物流园；SWOT 分析；钻石模型II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on the development ShenzhenJinpeng Logistics ParkAbstractLogistics industry is an important part of China's economic growth and logistics park is an important carrier of all kinds of logistics activities.With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of information technology, when the urban space layout is gradually optimized and the living standard of the people is improved, the logistics park also needs to be upgraded in time in order to serve the city better.
