中 文 题 目：升达集团违规担保的内控研究英 文 题 目：Study on Internal Control of Sunda Group's Violation Guarantee摘 要随着我国经济的持续高速发展，上市公司层出不穷，企业间竞争不断加大。而如何更有效的管理经营企业也逐渐成为了管理者的一大难题。诚然，企业的发展包括资产、经营方针的选择、企业的制度以及各部门的构成处处都离不开内部控制的身影，因此任何企业都必须重视内部控制建设。四川升达林业股份有限公司是深交所的一家上市公司，主要经营清洁能源并不断推进深度转型发展。作为一家上市公司，其内部控制的完善与否对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。本论文结合国内外学者在内部控制上的著作，同时结合四川升达林业股份有限公司最新披露的问题，试着对企业此方面的问题进行全面的探究与分析。以内部控制五要素为出发点分析问题的成因，得出公司在运营特别是内部的管理上的漏洞与不足，并提出相应的改进措施，为四川升达林业公司的健康持续发展奠定巩固良好的基础。本文中，采用案例分析法与文献资料法，对公司的内部管理进行分析，并指出四川升达林业股份有限公司应从建立良好的内控环境和畅通的信息沟通渠道、基于风险管理对内部控制进行优化设计、建立健全监督系统，强化内审职能三大方面进行改进。同时，也希望能为其他企业的健康发展提供些许的指导。关键词：内部控制；四川升达林业股份有限公司；内部控制五要素；风险管理IIIAbstractWith the continuous rapid development of China's economy, listed companies emerge in an endless stream, and the competition among enterprises continues to increase.
