本科论文摘 要随着经济的不断发展,市场环境的不断变化,越来越多的企业开始面临发展的不确定性。在中国企业中尤其是小型企业,所面临的竞争也越来越激烈,要想在竞争激烈的市场环境中取得更强大的竞争优势,就必须重视人才,重视人力资源管理,重视企业绩效管理,结合企业自身发展战略与目标,找到合适的绩效管理理论,是当前小型企业逐步壮大的重要课题。本文选取嘉兴凯旺包装印刷有限公司作为研究对象,通过文献调查,查阅书籍等方式了解相关绩效管理概念,为解决企业绩效管理问题提供了理论基础。通过实地调查等方式,了解企业绩效管理现状并总结分析产生问题的原因。最后依据公司绩效管理现状以及企业发展需求,采取“MBO+KPI”模型,对其绩效管理提出改进建议。本论文属于应用基础研究,理论上的意义:完善绩效管理理论,丰富了我国中小企业绩效管理体系研究。实践上的意义:通过实地调查访谈的方式,获取企业绩效管理现状,再结合企业绩效管理实际情况,研究企业的绩效管理的有效性,并对其绩效管理体系有进行了针对性的设计,操作性较强,为其他中小企业的绩效管理体系提供了借鉴。关键词:绩效管理;小微企业;绩效本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of economy and market environment, more and more enterprises begin to face the uncertainty of development.
