本科论文AbstractIn recent years,human resource service enterprises have played a prominent role in the economic development of liaoning province and become the key support object of the government. Human resource service industry has become the key driving force of economic development,which has solved the problem of employment difficulties of enterprises to some extent,improved the current employment situation and promoted social and economic development.At the same time,human resource service enterprises are in the rising and development stage.Due to many factors,such as imperfect internal management system,low quality and cultural level of dispatched outsourcing employees,the employee turnover rate of enterprises increases,and labor disputes highlight and aggravate the contradiction between employees and enterprises.The paper takes liaoning liaison,a representative human resource management company as an example.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and purpose of the research,analyzes the achievements of domestic and foreign research on labor relations,and makes clear the research content and emphasis.On this basis,questionnaire survey method combined with literature research method is adopted to deeply study the problems faced by the company’s labor relations management.And this type of problems are studied,finally explore the solution to the problem of labor relations,to achieve the purpose of building a harmonious labor relations.
