某建筑设计院设备专业人员基于胜任力的招聘体系构建【摘要】胜任力不仅包括知识、技能,还包括动机、态度、价值观等潜在特质,将胜任力应用于招聘工作中,能使招聘工作更加专业化,解决招聘中主观性强的问题,进一步提高人岗匹配程度,降低员工离职率。本文以某建筑设计院为背景,通过对该建筑设计院人力资源的现状分析,找出招聘工作方面存在的问题,并通过构建招聘体系解决这些问题。为了更好地阐述观点,本文以该建筑设计院的设备专业人员为研究对象,建立相应的胜任力模型,将胜任力模型应用招聘体系的构建中。构建的招聘体系主要从三个方面论述,一是基于胜任力模型的招聘准备工作;二是基于胜任力模型的招聘实施过程;三是基于胜任力模型的招聘效果评估。以此构建的招聘体系,进一步提高了设备专业人员的招聘有效性,并为同行业设备专业人员的招聘工作提供借鉴。【关键词】设备专业人员;胜任力;招聘体系 The construction of recruitment system based on competency of equipment professionals in an architectural design institute[Abstract]Competency includes not only knowledge and skills, but also potential characteristics such as motivation, attitude and values. Applying competency to recruitment can make recruitment more professional, solve the problem of subjectivity in recruitment, improve the matching degree of personnel and post further, and reduce the turnover rate of employees.Based on the background of an architectural design institute, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources of the Architectural Design Institute, finds out the problems in recruitment work, and solves these problems by building recruitment system. In order to better illustrate the point of view, this paper takes the equipment professionals of the Architectural Design Institute as the research object, establishes the corresponding competency model, and applies the competency model to the construction of the recruitment system.
