汽车制造型企业基层员工流失原因及对策研究—以广东省为例【摘要】不断进步的社会经济令人力资源成为各个企业管理的重点,稳定的员工队伍影响着一个企业的可持续发展。近年来,汽车制造型企业基层员工流失情况较为严峻,如何把基层员工的髙流失率降下来已经成为许多汽车制造型企业关注的重点问题。本文以基层员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查、文献研究等方法,得出广东省汽车制造型企业基层员工流失的主要原因为:工作压力大,工资水平低,职业发展空间狭窄以及家庭原因。针对流失原因提出了相应的解决对策:降低基层员工的工作强度,提高基层员工的薪资收入,完善职业生涯管理体系以及加强对基层员工的人文关怀。通过对基层员工流失问题的研究和解决,希望为汽车制造企业的人力资源管理提供一些借鉴与参考。【关键词】汽车制造型企业;基层员工;流失原因;工作满意度 A study on the causes and Countermeasures of the turnover of grass roots staff in automobile manufacturing enterprises —a case study of Guangdong Province[Abstract] The continuously improving social economy makes human resources become the focus of management of various enterprises, and a stable workforce has affected the sustainable development of an enterprise. In recent years, the loss of grassroots employees in automobile manufacturing enterprises has been more severe.
