人力资本对大学生就业质量的影响——以广东药科大学为例【摘要】参考中外学者对论题的研究资料及所得结论,排除不同院校不同专业所造成就业质量的影响,以广东省广东药科大学 2019 届医药商学院毕业生为研究样本,采用文卷综述法、问卷调查法、定量研究法方式进行分析,将人力资本指标划分为 3 个方面,分别为学习能力、实践能力、创新表现能力,从中细化出 12 个指标,选取 4 项关键指标来衡量就业质量,分别是大学生就业首年月薪,社保齐全情况,晋升空间满意度,工作满意度,设计出合适的问卷,构建出人力资本指标对就业质量的四个假设模型,对问卷数据进行信度、效度、T检验、逐步回归分析以验证假设模型,更进一步探讨人力资本中哪些因素对就业质量的显著性影响,结合研究的论题所涉及的主体,主要从大学生、高校两个角度提出增加大学生自身人力资本的对策和建议,进一步提高大学生实现高质量的就业。【关键词】广东药科大学 2019 届医药商学院大学生;人力资本;就业质量The influence of human capital on the employment quality of college students—— Taking undergraduates of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an Example[Abstract] This paper refers to the research data and conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars on the topic, excludes the influence of different colleges and universities on the employment quality caused by different majors, and adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and quantitative research to analyze, taking the graduates of the class of 2019 medical business school of guangdong pharmaceutical university in guangdong province as the research samples.The index of human capital is divided into three aspects, namely learning ability, practical ability and innovative performance ability, from which 12 indicators are refined.
