Methods Agilent Hypersil ODS C18column was used with acetonitrile-water(30:70) solution as��� the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min ； drift tube temperature was 45℃, nitrogen flow rate was 1.5L/min. Results The calibration curves were linear within1.832~18.32 μg for Astragaloside Ⅳ. The average recovery was 96.45% with RSD 1.16% respectively.
