下载后可任意编辑云南生物产业创新型科研团队协同生态效能体系讨论云南生物产业创新型科研团队协同生态效能体系讨论 摘要:本文在分析生物产业科研团队协同科研工作特点的基础上,定义了团队协同生态效能,并提出了相应的度量指标:① 项目完成效率;② 成果数量和质量;③ 对科技创新的贡献力;④ 科研能力提升度;⑤ 团队协作满意度;⑥ 经费使用合理性等;然后提出了科研团队良性可持续进展的能力体系架构;最后提出下一步要继续讨论的问题,旨在发掘提升科研团队良性可持续研发能力的有效途径,进而促进云南重大生物产业的科技创新。 Abstract: This paper first analyzed the characteristics of collaborative research in biological industry, and defined research team collaborative eco-efficiency according to the perspective of sustainable development. Second, it proposed the corresponding metrics as following: ①Completion efficient of the project;② Quantity and quality of results; ③The contribution force on technological innovation; ④The degree of enhance of scientific research ability; ⑤Teamwork cooperation satisfaction; ⑥ Reasonable use of funds, etc. Third, a systematic architecture of sustainable development capacity of research team was presented.
