基于 MCGS和 S7-200PLC 的液位比值控制系统 2010 年 7 月 第I 页 摘 要 随着微处理器、计算机和数字通讯技术的快速发展, 计算机控制系统在工业领域的应用越来越多广泛, 它的重要性也越来越受到人们的肯定。 基于 MCGS 和 S7-200PLC 的液位比值控制系统就是组态软件和可编程序控制器(PLC)联合应用的实例。在这个设计中,利用 MCGS组态软件对数据、图形进行组态,进而做出上下水箱的动态仿真画面。然后 PLC 进行数据采集、处理并与 MCGS平台进行通讯,从而对液位比值对象进行全面监控。 本设计采用了 SIEMENS(西门子)公司的 S7-200 系列进行程序的编写。将编写正确的 PLC 程序与在 MCGS组态软件下做出的动态界面进行动态连接,在经过检查证明组态的设置没有错误后,进入 MCGS的运行环境,可以在 MCGS运行环境下看到液位的实时曲线的变化输出情况,随时对水箱的液位状况进行调整和监测。在运行环境中可以通过鼠标在线的改变 PID 的参数设定值来实现对上下水箱的液位调节和控制,使系统达到要求值,从而大大提高了工作效率。 关键词:液位比值,PLC,MCGS 第 II 页 Abstract Along with fast development of the microprocessor,the computer and the digital communication technology, the computer control system is more and more widely applied in the field of industry, and its importance is also increasingly affirmed. Fluid-level-ratio control system based on MCGS and S7-200 PLC is the application model combining the configuration software with PLC. In this design, MCGS is applied for data and graphic configuration; there by a dynamic display picture with real-time feature is created. Then PLC acquires and processes data from the sensors, and communicates with MCGS platform, thus makes the fluid-level-ratio object supervised and controlled totally.
