下载后可任意编辑威远县兴鹏煤矿机械化改造工程实践威远县兴鹏煤矿机械化改造工程实践 石彬 黄永超 王成中 唐定中 吕立友 【摘 要】论文以威远县兴鹏煤矿机械化改造工程建设实践为例，简述了兴鹏煤矿机械化改造工程方案及实施效果，证明了开采极薄煤层的小煤矿通过机械化改造工程建设，降低工人劳动强度，提高矿井生产能力，为矿井安全生产提供保障。 【 Abstract 】 Taking the construction practice of mechanized transformation project of Xingpeng Coal Mine in Weiyuan County as an example， this paper briefly introduces the scheme and implementation effect of mechanized transformation project of Xingpeng Coal Mine ， and proves that the small coal mine for mining extremely thin coal seams can reduce the labor intensity of workers ， improve the production capacity of the coal mine， and provide guarantee for the safe production of the coal mine through the construction of mechanized transformation project. 【關键词】极薄煤层;机械化改造;安全;高效 【Keywords】extremely thin coal seams; mechanized transformation; safety; high efficiency 【 中 图 分 类 号 】 TD421 【 文 献 标 志 码 】 A 【文章编号】1673-1069（20XX）02-0180-02 1 引言 根据原四川省安全生产监督管理局《关于开展煤矿机械化改造三年攻坚行动的实施意见》[1]和川应急〔20XX〕7 号四川省应急管理厅、四川煤矿安全监察局关于印发《四川省推动煤矿采煤机械化改造工作指南》的通知[2]要求，“煤矿必须加大机械化改造三年攻坚行动工作力度，全面完成省政府既定工作目标”“推动机械化改造必须坚持实事求是、淘汰落后、安全可靠、技术可行、1下载后可任意编辑经济合理的原则”“促进煤矿进一步优化生产系统、提升机械化程度、实现减员增效、安全高效”。 开采极薄煤层的威远县兴鹏煤矿，严格根据四川省应急管理厅、四川煤矿安全监察局关于印发《四川省推动煤矿采煤机械化改造工作指南》的通知要求，“因矿制宜”地编制机械化改造工程建设实施方案，组建机械化改造工程建设项目组全力开展机械化改造工作。通过近两年来的采煤、掘进机械化及其配套工程改造建设，迈向了“安全高效、安全进展...
