下载后可任意编辑建(构)筑物长大结构取消后浇带的技术探究建(构)筑物长大结构取消后浇带的技术探究 朱崎颖 摘要:对于建(构)筑物的长大结构或是大体积砼结构,因砼凝固水化热产生的温差收缩及自身干缩等变形原因使结构内部出现拉应力,如设计或是施工不当则使结构出现危害性裂缝。以往,通常实行设置后浇带等方案解决上述问题。但设置后浇带影响了结构整体性或难以满足特别的使用功能要求,故有些建筑对结构提出了无缝要求。本文依托工程实例,简述添加 UEA 膨胀剂对砼收缩进行补偿而取消后浇带的设计理论、施工工艺及技术措施,以期能够对其它结构取消后浇带的施工起到些许借鉴作用。 Abstract: For long structures or large-volume concrete structures of buildings ( structures ) , tensile stresses appear inside the structure due to deformation such as temperature difference shrinkage and self-shrinkage due to heat of solidification and hydration of the concrete , such as improper design or construction. It will cause harmful cracks in the structure. In the past , the above problems were usually solved by installing a post-casting belt. However, the setting of post-casting belts affects the structural integrity or it is difficult to meet the special functional requirements , so some buildings put forward seamless requirements for the structure.
