下载后可任意编辑提升期刊编辑素养与能力的路径探析提升期刊编辑素养与能力的路径探析 贡树基 马广骏 李新伟 张岩 【摘 要】随着我国文化事业的不断进展，编辑与出版也迎来了深层次的变革。其中，以期刊编辑为改革的重点，传统的期刊编辑已经不能满足现代社会的需求。期刊编辑要提升专业素养与能力，立足时代进展，将工作内容与社会现实需要有机结合，提高工作能力。期刊编辑对于编辑、出版工作的重要性不言而喻，一名优秀的期刊编辑或一支优秀的期刊编辑队伍能够简化编辑工作内容，明确工作主体，将所有的工作环节巧妙整合，运用最高效的手段完成工作任务。鉴于此，期刊编辑只有不断提升素养与能力，才能不被社会淘汰，屹立在时代进展的潮流中。 【Abstract】With the continuous development of China"s cultural undertakings， editing and publishing have also ushered in profound changes. Among them， with journal editors as the focus of reform， the traditional journal editors can no longer meet the needs of modern society. Journal editors should promote their professional quality and ability， base on the development of the times， combine the work content with the social reality ， and promote their work ability. The importance of journal editors for editing and publishing work is self-evident. An excellent journal editor or a team of excellent journal editors can simplify the contents of editing work， clarify the main body of work， skillfully integrate all work links， and use the most efficient means to complete the work tasks.
