浅析原子荧光光谱法对煤中砷测定中的不确定度对结果的影响河南省地矿局第四地质矿产调查院孟梦段玲玲河南商丘(476000)摘要 :砷是煤中有害元素之一, 对煤中的有机和无机成分有很强的亲和力,燃烧后生成的三氧化砷在一定程度上会对环境的质量有直接的影响。我国是以煤为能源的主要国家, 大量的煤质燃烧, 会有许多有害物质释放到大气中,危害人类健康,污染环境。为了满足生产和科研工作的需求,近年来,人们对原子荧光光谱法分析煤质中各种有害物质进行深入研究。通过实验确定了测量砷的最佳仪器条件和反应系统;确立了分析方法的精密度、检出限、准确度。对各个不确定度的分析和实验,确定了实验步骤中可能带来的不确定度和未知样品数据的不确定度对结果的影响,得出实验方法的实验数据的准确性、 可靠性、 及可控制性。 在实际操作中使用原子荧光光谱法测定煤中砷是可行的。关键词:空白值不确定度原子荧光光谱法砷Abstract: Arsenic is one of the harmful elements in coal, which have a strong affinity to organic and inorganic components of coal. Arsenic trioxide which is generated after coal combustion has a direct impact on the quality of the environment at a certain extent .Coal is the main energy sources of China, resulting in a large number of coal combustion, a lot of harmful substances released into the atmosphere, endangering human health and the environment. Recent years, in order to meet the needs of production and research work, people use atomic fluorescence spectrometry to analysis various harmful substances of coal. This paper is confirmed by experiments what is the best instrumental conditions and response systems of measuring arsenic; and establish analytical method of a precision ,detection limit, and accuracy.
