下载后可任意编辑注聚合物驱单元提液高效举升工艺技术应用注聚合物驱单元提液高效举升工艺技术应用 柴德民 摘要:注聚区出砂、出胶问题成为困扰机械举升长效开发的一大难题,严重影响了油井产量和油田开发经济效益。通过对注聚单元历史生产情况的对比讨论,发现在注聚区出砂、出胶况下,原有举升工艺技术适应性较差,急需开展注聚区提液举升工艺技术的配套讨论,提高举升工艺适应性,延长举升配套技术寿命。为此,在注聚区开展了电泵、螺杆泵、抽油泵等三种提液优化方式讨论,形成了相对适应注聚区出砂、出胶恶劣井况的机械举升配套工艺技术。 关键词:注聚区;出砂;出胶;提液;高效 Abstract: Sand production and glue production in polymer injection area have become a big problem that perplexes the long-term development of mechanical lifting, which seriously affects the oil well production and the economic benefits of oil field development. Through the comparative study of the historical production of polymer injection unit , it is found that the adaptability of the original lifting technology is poor under the conditions of sand and rubber production in polymer injection area, so it is urgent to carry out the matching research of the lifting technology in polymer injection area to improve the adaptability of lifting technology and extend the life of lifting matching technology.
