下载后可任意编辑物流视角下对校园快递质量评价物流视角下对校园快递质量评价 郭雨舟李天瑛 摘要：在信息技术高速进展的今日，进展高效便捷的校园快递成为不可或缺的重要议题，而校园综合快递服务中心的出现有效改善了传统的费时费劲的寄取件方式。本文运用重心法以及模糊综合评价法，对 S 大学服务中心地址进行优化并开展综合评价，得出学生对优化后服务中心的满意度，并就提高服务质量提出了建议。 Abstract： Today， with the rapid development of information technology， the development of efficient and convenient campus express has become an indispensable important issue ， and the emergence of a comprehensive campus express service center has effectively improved the traditional time-consuming and labor-intensive delivery methods. In this paper， the center of gravity method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to optimize the address of the service center of S University and carry out a comprehensive evaluation.
