混凝土结构外表面缺陷修复分析

摘要本文从一个具体施工管理者的角度，对混凝土施工过程中几种表面缺陷的成因进行了细致分析，并提出了处理措施。几种应对缺陷处理措施简便、可操作性强，有很强的实用性。混凝土的外观质量取决于多方面的因素，与混凝土的结构式、施工方法、施工工艺、气候条件等方面都有很大关系。由于在建设工地现场生产出没有缺陷的混凝土具有相当的难度， 对于产生表面缺陷的混凝土进行事后补救处理成为很关键的一环。下面对混凝土浇筑过程中或刚刚施工完毕不久产生的缺陷进行简要分析。关键词 ： 混凝土、表面缺陷、措施Abstract In this paper, from the perspective of a specific construction management, the cause of several surface defects in the process of concrete construction are analyzed, and the treatment measures are put forward. Several coping measures are simple, easy to operate and have strong practicability. The appearance quality of concrete depends on many factors, and it has a great relationship with the concrete structure, construction method, construction technology, climate conditions and so on. Because of the difficulty of producing the defective concrete in the construction site, it is very important to deal with the surface defects of concrete. This paper briefly analyzes the defects of the concrete pouring process or just after the construction.
