下载后可任意编辑财务共享模式下的存货管理流程设计财务共享模式下的存货管理流程设计 吴雪童 孟宪宝 李寒蕾 【摘 要】存货管理是企业管理的重要环节，合理的存货管理流程对企业进展具有重要意义。但是近年来随着财务共享模式的应用，传统的企业存货管理流程已经不能适应当前的进展要求。论文首先分析了财务共享模式对存货管理的影响，然后梳理分析存货管理在财务共享模式下出现的问题，最后结合财务共享的特点进行存货管理流程设计，以提高企业的存货管理水平。 【 Abstract 】 Inventory management is an important part of enterprise management. Reasonable inventory management process is of great significance to enterprise development. However ， with the application of financial sharing mode in recent years ， the traditional enterprise inventory management process has been unable to adapt to the current development requirements.
