下载后可任意编辑跨界融合背景下高职旅居养老产业服务人才培育路径讨论跨界融合背景下高职旅居养老产业服务人才培育路径讨论 邓捷 【摘 要】旅居养老顺应了人们特别是老年人旅游观念的改变和对健康的追求，拓展了旅游方式，丰富了旅游内涵。“旅游资源养老化”和“养老机构互动”是市场现有的融合进展模式，“旅游和养老大整合”是市场未来的融合进展模式。随着老龄旅游者对于养生体验的追求，旅居养老产业呈现快速进展的趋势。因此，论文探究了如何培育既懂旅游又懂养老的复合型人才。 【Abstract】Tourism-living pension is in line with the change in people"s tourism concepts and the pursuit of health， especially the elderly ， which expands the way of tourism and enriches the connotation of tourism. "Pension of tourism resources" and "interaction of pension institutions" are the existing integration development mode of the market， "integration of tourism and pension" is the integration development mode of the market in the future. With the pursuit of health preserving experience by the elder tourists ， the tourism-living pension industry shows the trend of rapid development.
