下载后可任意编辑镁合金晶粒细化讨论进展何柏林 张志军华东交通大学 机电工程学院, 江西 南昌 330013摘 要: 经过阅读大量国内外文献, 对镁合金的晶粒细化的讨论进行了综述。系统分析了镁合金晶粒细化的各种方法( 过热处理法, 碳质孕育法, 添加合金元素细化法, 半固态成型法, 固态成型法) 及其机理。并讨论了细化方法中存在的问题, 为镁合金晶粒细化的进一步讨论提供一个参考。关键词: 镁合金 晶粒细化 机理 细化方法 Recent Development of Grain Refining Technologies for Magnesium AlloysHE Bolin, ZHANG Zhijun(School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, East China Jiaotong University, Nanchang 330013)Abstract : Through reading amounts of domestic and foreign literature, The research progress of grain refinement of magnesium alloys are reviewed. It is systematically analysed the various methods and the mechanism of Mg alloy grain refinement. Like overheating treatment method, the carbon inoculation method, adding alloying elements method, semi-solid and solid molding method. What’s more, the problems of the refining process are discussed, which can be a reference for the further research of the Mg alloys grain refinement.0 引言最近一些年来, 镁合金及其应用受到了越来越广泛的关注。镁合金具有一系列的优点, 例如比强度, 比刚度高。减震性, 抗辐射和抗屏蔽性能好, 易回收, 易切削加工等等[1]。因此, 由于其优越的性能使得镁合金在移动通信, 汽车, 航空航天, 国防军工, 电子电器等行业已有广泛的应用。另外 , 镁合金密度约为下载后可任意编辑1.75g/cm3~1.90g/cm3, 约为铁的 1/4, 铝的 2/3, 这也符合人们越来越注重轻量化, 绿色制造的要求, 对缓解能源紧张, 减轻环境恶化也有一定的价值。虽然镁合金具有这么多的优点, 但当前镁合金在工程中的应用并没有铁和铝的多。其原因是一方面因为镁及其合金具有密排六方结构( HCP) , 其塑性成形能力并不是很好; 另一方面是镁合金的结晶温度范围较宽、 热导率较低、 体收缩率较大,故镁合金具有明显晶粒粗化倾向,易产生缩松、 热裂缺陷, 使得强度不能完全达到所要求的那样。根据 ...
