玉米穗腐病的抗性鉴定摘要: 本实验采用人工接种鉴定方法评价了164 份分别标有S、F、M 、L 4 个系列类型的特定玉米杂交种对穗腐病的抗性,结果表明:鉴定的164 份材料中,整体抗性良好,其中高抗型占0.6%,抗型占68.3%,中抗型占31.1%,感型占0%,高感型占0%。不同类型材料中,抗性差异较明显,其中F1~F45 型玉米中表现抗及以上的材料最多,占78.0%;S1~S17 型玉米中最少, 占 47.1%;其他 M1~M36 和 L1~L73 分别为 73.5%和 65.3%。这为选育和种植抗穗腐病玉米材料提供了理论依据。关键词: 穗腐病 ;玉米杂交种 ;抗性鉴定 ;评价Identification of Corn Hybrids with Resistance against Corn Ear Rot Abstract: The paper was to evaluate the resistance of different corn hybrids against ear rot. Using artificial inoculation method, the resistance of 164 copies of different corn hybrids including S、F、M 、L against ear rot was evaluated .The corn samples with high resistance, resistance, moderate resistance, susceptibility and high susceptibility to ear rot among 164 copies of materials in identification accounted for 0.6%,68.3%,31.1%, 0% and 0% ,respectively. Different types of varieties had significant difference in resistance .Among corn varieties with moderate resistance or high level,F corn accounted for 78.0% ; S corn less, accounting for 47.1%;M com and L corn accounted for 73.5% and 65.3% ,respectively.
