Real estate development cost should be pre-research, design, construction and final acceptance to control four aspects. Real estate development project on the whole process of the various phases of cost management and control, with the scientific method and rational management measures to control the cost of each stage in a reasonable range and within the approved investment quota, with a view to the rational use of manpower and material resources and financial resources to achieve good investment returns.
