下载后可任意编辑摘要本设计为灌南县田楼镇污水处理工艺设计, 分两期建设, 处理规模为近期 m3/d, 远期 4000m3/d。进水水质为: BOD5=100mg/L, CODcr=280mg/L, SS=120mg/L, NH3-N=30mg/L, TP=3mg/L。出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》( GB18918- ) 一级 A 排放标准, 即: BOD5≤10mg/L, CODcr≤50mg/L, SS≤10mg/L, NH3-N≤5mg/L, TP≤0.5mg/L。经过对国内外不同污水处理工艺的比较与分析, 结合本工程的具体情况, 最终选择改良型氧化沟工艺作为本工程的处理工艺。该工艺是在 Carrousel 型氧化沟前设置一个厌氧区, 污水经厌氧、 缺氧、 好氧交替运行, 具有同时去除有机物、 脱氮、 除磷的效果。该工艺不但具有 A2O 的特征, 同时保留氧化沟独特的水流特性, 有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用, 且不需要设置初沉池和污泥消化池, 节约投资。污水处理工艺流程为: 进水→粗格栅→调节池( 污水提升泵) →细格栅→旋流沉砂池→改良型氧化沟→竖流式二沉池→接触消毒池→巴氏计量槽→出水污泥处理工艺流程为: 污泥泵房→幅流式浓缩池→贮泥池→板框脱水机→泥饼外运。关键词: 城市污水; 改良氧化沟; 脱氮除磷; 污泥处理AbstractThe project is a design of Tianlou Town sewege treatment plant in Guannan County, construction of two phases.The recent design scale is m3/d and the long-term scale is 4000m3/d.The influent quality is shown as follow: BOD5=100mg/L, CODcr =280mg/L,SS=120mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TP=3mg/L.The effluent water quality requires to 下载后可任意编辑reach the level of A discharge standards in emission standard of Urban sewage treatment plant (GB18918- ),in which BOD5≤10mg/L, CODcr ≤50mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L.
