银 杏 叶 部 内 生 真 菌 多 样 性 的 讨 论杜 少 康 陈 双 林* 林 岱 吴 鸣 谦 王 梅 霞南 京 师 范 大 学 生 命 科 学 学 院 南 京 210046摘 要 : 为 了 解 中 国 特 有 植 物 银 杏 的 叶 部 组 织 中 内生 真 菌 菌 群 的 多 样 性 和 演 替 变 化 , 分 别 于 春 、 夏 、 秋 季 从 江 苏 和 山 东 两 省 的 五 个 主 要 银 杏 栽 培 地 采 集健 康 叶 片 进 行 了 内 生 真 菌 的 讨 论 。 结 果 表 明: 所 分离出的1971 株内生真菌可归于32属, 以交链孢属Alternaria( 18.01%) 、 叶点霉属Phyllosticta( 14.66%) 和丝核菌属 Rhizoctonia( 14.56%) 为 优 势 菌 群 。在 内 生 真 菌 的 类 群 及组 成 上 存 在 着 部 位 、 地 区 以 及 季 节 的 差 异 性 , 也 呈现 一 定 的 规 律 性 。 多 样 性 指 数 的 计 算 反 映 出 所 获 得的 银 杏 叶 部 内 生 真 菌 菌 群 具 有 不 同 的 丰 富 度 及 均 匀度 , 同 时 有 一 定 的 相 似 性 。关 键 词 : 分 离 率 , 分 离 频 率 , 优 势 菌 群 , 多 样 性 指数 , 相 似 性 系 数Diversity of endophytic fungi in leaves of Ginkgo bilobaDU Shao-Kang CHEN Shuang-Lin* LIN Dai WU Ming-Qian WANG Mei-XiaCollege of Life Science, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing 210046, ChinaAbstract: Diversity of endophytic fungi in leaves of Ginkgo biloba was studied in order to understand diversity state and succession change of endophytic fungal communities in this endemic plant. Healthy leaf samples were collected from five main planting locations of G. biloba in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces separately in spring, summer and autumn. A total of 1971 strains of endophytic fungi was isolated.
