下载后可任意编辑玻纤增强PET工程塑料的生产设计 张攀 (湖南科技职业学院, 湖南 长沙 410118)摘要 :利用实验室自主开发的在线混合长玻璃纤维增强热塑性树脂复合材料生产设备, 制备了长玻璃纤维增强PET (LFT-PET);并与双螺杆挤出机制备的短玻璃纤维增强PET(SFT-PET)进行了力学性能对比。结果表明:LFT-PET的各项力学性能显著优于SFr-PET, 在玻纤质量分数同为30%时, LFT-PET的拉伸强度为SFr-PET的1.5倍, 弯曲强度为SFT-PET的1.4倍, 冲击强度为SFr-PET的3倍。关键词:长玻璃纤维;增强;PET;力学性能StudyofPropertyofLongGlassFiberReinforcedPETEngineeringPlasticsZHANG Pan (Hunan vocational college of science and technology, Hunan Changsha 410118, China)Abstract :Long glass fiber reinforced P ET(LFT-PET) e ngineering p lastics was perpared by a self-developed on-line plastics processing equipment, and the mechanical properties of LFT-PET were compared with those of the short glass fiber reinforced PET (SFT-PET) prepared with double screw extruder. The results showed all of the mechanical properties of LFT-PET was better than those of SFT-PET. When both of the mass fractions of the glassfibers was 30%, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of LFT-PET were 1.4, 1.5 and 3 timesof those of SFT-PET respectively.Keywords:Long Glass Fiber;Reinforcement;PET;Mechanical Porperties.PET工程塑料是当今世界上PET非纤应用领域活跃的研发热点之一。作为工下载后可任意编辑程塑料, PET 具有优异的热稳定性、 耐化学药品能力、 电性能等综合性能在汽车、 电器等领域得到广泛应用。特别是近年来由于PET具有较高的性价比使其在轿车用塑料中所占比例不断增加。但当前商品化的短玻纤增强PET在冲击性能等方面仍显不足, 因此短玻纤增强PET复合材料的应用受到限制。 当前, 生产长纤维增强塑料(LFT)主要采纳熔拉挤工艺, 能够避开纤维的断裂, 可是由于树脂融浸渍玻纤的需要, 牵引速率低, 引起生产效率低, 成本高。作者利用自主开发的在线混合长玻纤增强热塑性树脂复合材料ILC-LGF-TP生产设备, 制备了长玻纤增强PE(LFT-PET)树脂, 并与双螺杆挤出机...
