The paper introduces the new all-digital controlling PPW equipments through the structure and disposition; the cobalt-base alloys for election; the elements for technology stability; the reference digital in operation for quality control. The article is referred to the researchers and operators who adopt PPW technology.Key words: valve; plasma arc; plasma powder welding; cobalt-base alloy1 概述对于锅炉蒸汽阀、 安全阀、 调节阀、 高温阀、 内燃机进排气阀等一类对密封面性能要求高的阀门, 大都采纳堆焊钴基 C0-Cr-W 合金( Stellite 合金) 。当前应用最多的方法是采纳手工火焰堆焊或手工氩弧堆焊 C0-Cr-W 合金裸焊棒。手工堆焊除了劳动强度大,生产效率低以外,堆焊质量受人为因素影响大。粉末等离子自动堆焊工艺在堆焊 C0-Cr-W 合金上有独特的优越性, 特别适合堆焊质量要求高的钴基、 镍基合金, 是解决密封面堆焊质量,提高生产效率,节约材料,降低生产成本的最佳方案。2 特性粉末等离子弧堆焊是利用氩气转移型等离子弧作主要热源, 采纳合金粉末作填充金属, 在工件表面产生熔池, 熔池冷凝后形成堆焊层的工艺方法( 亦称等离子喷焊、 PTA 焊) 。受到压缩的转移型等离子弧, 具有电弧稳定、 弧柱挺直、 温度高、 热量...
