Article 1 Explanations of relevant terms保密资料：1）为协议双方约定目的或涉及约定目的所在领域由披露方向猎取方提供的一切装置、图表、书面资料、源程序、数据或者其它以各种有形载体记录的资料；2)其它通过口头或视觉披露 且在披露时经披露方明示该资料为保密的 并在通过口头或视觉披露后三十日内（包括 30 日）以有形载体记录、标明“保密”字样并交于猎取方的，则也认定为该资料是保密资料。Cofidential information shall mean 1)all equipments,charts,written materials,source programs,data or other materials which saved by visible carriers,2)other materials which had been disclosed in oral or visible form,and the disclosing party had noticed that this material is confidential when it had been disclosed, and after it’s oral or visible disclosure this material had been saved in visible form,marked by ‘cofidential’,given to receiving party within 30days(including 30days).保密期限：经协议双方协商，约定猎取方在该期限内不得向任何第三方透露其所猎取的对方的保密资料，且不得将猎取的保密资料用于协议双方约定目的以外的任何目的。Period of the confidentiality shall be discussed by two parties,and shall be agreed that within this period,the receiving party shall not disclose confidential information to any third party,and shall not use the confidential informa...
