PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT25中班幼儿自主游戏中教师介入方式的研究摘要 中班幼儿的自主性和游戏水平相比小班都有了一定提高,但自律性不如大班,教师的适当介入有利于中班自主游戏的展开和幼儿的发展。而教师介入的方式是影响教师介入的一个主要因素。本研究采用观察法、访谈法、案例分析法等方法,以宿迁市 A 幼儿园的5 个中班的 5 名带班教师为研究对象,进行了观察并选取了 3 位中班教师进行了访谈。从不同介入方式所占比例和介入效果这两个方面对教师介入自主游戏的方式的现状进行了梳理和分析。发现教师介入自主游戏的有效性不高,教师在对介入方式的选择上受自身教育经验、对幼儿主体性的认识和对幼儿自主游戏观察等多方面的影响。最后从应用的层面对发现的问题提出了一些建议:提高教师的专业素养和自我反思能力、注重儿童主体性,从幼儿角度出发看待其自主游戏、对幼儿自主游戏进行有效的观察。关键词 中班幼儿 自主游戏 教师 介入方式A Study on The Intervention of Teachers in Middle Class Children's PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT25Independent GamesAbstract Compared with small classes, middle class children's autonomy and game level have been improved to some extent, but their self-discipline is not as good as that of big classes.
