学校社会工作发展的对策及困境研究摘 要近年来，在中国大陆，越来越多的学生开始进入社会进行工作实践，在因此学校社会工作得到了更大的发展，以上海和深圳为代表，发展到现在的目标是“学校社工”，其采用的是自上而下的政府采购服务模式。但是,西方的学校社会工作是学生在的社会环境中进行工作,因而就其发展也拥有比较成熟的理念,其思想主要以思想教育为核心，而我国还是相对的不成熟，需要吸收国外先进的、成熟的学生服务体系来促进我国的发展，虽然面临着很多困境在发展的过程中，就比如学校社会工作者在实际工作中也遇到许多困惑，且对于学校社会工作系统的所知甚少。在服务内容方面，学校的社会工作与学生服务体系中的德育工作相混淆，导致学校社会工作者角色的重复或混淆。此外，本文试图从嵌入理论的角度来描述学校的社会工作，在传统的学校运作模式下，在学校社会工作的困境下，从社会工作的角度出发，提出了一些建议。有针对性的提出了一些解决学校社会工作实践困境的有效措施,以帮助学校社会工作的发展。关键词:学校社会工作;困境；对策AbstractIn recent years, in mainland China, more and more students begin to enter the social work practices, in so the school social work got greater development, represented by the Shanghai and shenzhen, the development to the present goal is to "school social worker", its use is top-down model of government procurement services.
