I摘 要围绕着 A 公司业财融合下如何管控企业成本这一问题，本文先列举了成本管控现状，虽然 A 公司在业财融合方面的实践取得了一定成效，对成本预测、控制、考核有很好的影响，值得其他行业借鉴，但该公司的成本管理工作还存在着业财目标不一致、绩效考评指标不健全、成本管控责任模糊、成本管理系统有待更新完善等短板。随后针对以上问题，从标准化管控、改进绩效考评模式及完善成本管理系统三方面，提出了改进对策，旨在提高 A 公司的管理效率，降低企业的管控成本。本文使用的金字塔原理具有较强的逻辑性，有效的为企业后期实施业财融合管理提供理论方面的支持。本文采用提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的写作方法，通过对 A 公司的研究，完善企业现存的不足之处，此外，深入研究 A 公司的情况，不断丰富业财融合的研究领域，借此弥补在企业实施成本管控方面的研究空缺，在企业的成本管控工作中应用业财融合管理时提供必要的思考和经验，以更好的促进公司今后的发展。关键词：成本管控；业财融合；信息系统IIABSTRACTAround the A company's financial integration under how to control the enterprise cost of this issue, this article first listed the current situation of cost control, although A company in the integration of industry and financial practice has achieved some results, the cost forecasting, control, assessment has a good impact on other industries to learn from, but the company's cost management still exists in consistency in financial objectives, performance evaluation indicators are not perfect, cost control responsibility is vague, cost management system needs to be updated and other short board.Then, in view of the above problems, from the standardized control, improve the performance evaluation model and improve the cost management system three aspects, put forward the improvement measures, aimed at improving the company's management efficiency, reduce the control costs of enterprises.
