依法行政与和谐社会的构建摘 要： 依法行政是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略，和谐社会的是中国社会发展阶段的基本规律。本文主要论述了依法行政与和谐社会的构建，第一部分对依法行政与和谐社会的基本理论进行阐述，第二部分论述了依法行政与和谐社会的关系，第三部分分析了如何通过建设依法行政以推动和谐社会的构建，以期对依法行政与和谐社会相关理论提供自己的一点思考。关键字： 依法行政，和谐社会，关系，构建Abstract: Administrative law is the basic strategy of the Party led the people to govern the country, harmonious society is the basic law of the development of Chinese society. This article discusses the construction of a harmonious society and administration according to law, administrative law and the first part of the basic theory of a harmonious society elaborate, the second part discusses the relationship between administrative law and harmonious society, the third part analyzes how the law through administrative building promote harmonious society, with a view of the administrative law theory and harmonious society provides its own little thinking.Keywords: Administrative law，Harmonious society，Relationship，Build1 依法行政与和谐社会概述1.1 依法行政概述依法行政是党领导全国人民的一种治国方略和领导方式，不仅是对国家政治体制的内在要求，也是对政府机关履行自己职责的基本要求。新中国自 1954 年宪法就开始了对依法行政的探索和实践。改革开放以来，依法行政在中国取得了巨大进展，中国于 1989 年制定了《行政诉讼法》，依法行政从此有了明确的部门法依据，自此，依法行政在中国进入了快速发展的轨道。1997 年党的十五大确立了依法治国的基本原则，而依法治国的核心就是依法行政，中国的依法行政理论和实践进入了新的发展阶段，依法行政作为加强党的执政能力的重要方面，必将推动新世纪的中国的改革事业稳步快速发展。依法行政作为政府运行的一项基本原则，指的是国家必须按照法律进行统治。这一涵义随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展和依法行政理研究的进行而不断发展，而且，在不同的国家也都有所区别。在我国现阶段，依法行政就是...
