Therefore, the enterprise will rise to the discipline of the management staff of self management, staff will make more harmonious labor relations, organization development will be more smoothly. Key words: Discipline Management Labor Relations Self Management Approach 引言古语云：“没有规矩不成方圆” 。这里的“规矩”可以作行为规范的准则或是标准来解释。但是，我在查阅资料的过程中，发现一个问题，就是几乎没有一本完整的著作来阐述纪律管理在员工关系管理中的重要性以及我们应该合理的使用纪律管理中的一些法则， 或者是从自律管理中获得突破， 使企业能够更加有效地管理员工， 或是员工能更有效地服从企业的纪律管理。纪律管理大多被写入员工关系管理或是人力资源管理书籍中的某一章节、某一部分。纪律管理是所有企业，任何企业都不会忽视的一个问题。在员工关系管理中， 如果没有严格的劳动纪律，每个员工一人一把号，各吹各的调，各行其是、自由行动，劳动过程必然发生混论， 甚至根本无法进行。 在企业构建、 维持良好的纪律是员工关系管理中的重要任务。在 21 世纪，最宝贵的资产将是知识工作者和知识工作者的效率。任何企业都更加看重员工的自我...
