This project agreement (“Agreement ”) is entered into on March ___,2017 in Rangoon, Myanmar by and between Sino Great Wall International Engineering Co,.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) with its registered office locates at Juhe No.6 Street No.2, Jufuyuan National Industry Development Base of Tongzhou District, Beijing And Mottama Holdings Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) with its registered office locates at No.114/116, 46th street, 1st Floor (Right), Botahtaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar 本协议由以下双方于2017 年 3 月___日在缅甸仰光签订。甲方：国际工程有限公司注册地址：及乙方： Mottama Holdings Ltd 注册地址： No.114/116, 46th street, 1st Floor (Right), Botahtaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar Whereas, both parties have good intention in purchasing a parcel of land in Mingalardon town, Yangon, Myanmar for the purpose of developing a project with joint effort;The land value is around 10 million US Dollars, while both parties hereby agree to form a Joint Venture (Name of the registered company) in Yangon, Myanmar to develop this project.
