DefinitionThere are the following terms in this contract: (1) “Accessories”Accessories may be deleted from or added to Attachment ＿＿＿ and Supplier may change the contents of the contract, by mailing written notice of such changes to Distributor. Each change shall become effective within ＿ ＿ ＿ days following the date notice thereof is mailed to Distributor. (2) “Goods”Which means those items described in Attachment ＿＿＿. Goods may be deleted from or added to Attachment ＿＿＿, which may be changed by Supplier at its sole discretion at any time by mailing written notice of such changes to Distributor. (3) “Spare Parts”Which means all parts and components of the Goods and/or any special devices used in connection with the maintenance or servicing of the Goods.
