下载后可任意编辑 论语篇分析在英文商务合同汉译中的应用 谢新苗 湖南科技大学 中文摘要：国际商务合同是对外经贸活动中最重要的交际形式之一，而商务合同的翻译对经济的进展与繁荣也起到非常重要的作用。但由于语言和文化障碍,合同翻译便自然成了翻译讨论不可回避的一个部分。本文将根据商务合同的文本特征及其翻译原则，从语篇分析的角度对英文合同汉译进行讨论,着重从语篇功能、衔接手段、主位/述位理论三方面来探讨英文合同汉译的转换规律。关键词：语篇分析; 英文商务合同; 合同汉译Application of the Theories of Discourse Analysis to Chinese Translation of English Business Contract (Xie Xinmiao, Hunan University of Science and Technology) Abstract:International business contract is one of the most important means of communication in foreign economic and commercial activities, while translation of the contracts has also been playing a crucial role in economic development and flourishing. However, translation of the contracts, complicated by linguistic and cultural barrier, naturally becomes an inevitable part of translation studies.
