下载后可任意编辑上行式移动模架移位拼装过连续梁的施工方法上行式移动模架移位拼装过连续梁的施工方法 刘卓 摘要:本文依托广佛环线 32.6m 跨径连续箱梁施工为例,详细介绍了一种上行式移动模架在过连续梁时一种施工方法,該方法采纳降低移动模架中支腿、前支腿高度,使其坐落到连续梁桥面上的方式,在已浇筑完成的简支梁上拼装,然后再前移通过连续梁到达至制梁现场。此方法相比较于在制梁位置拼装的方法更为安全,直接,经济,可循环。能够完美解决上行移动模架只能原位拼装及遇连续梁无法过跨施工的难题,拓宽了移动模架使用范围。 Abstract: This article relies on the construction of a 32.6m-span continuous box girder of the GuangFo ring line as an example , and introduces in detail a construction method of an upward mobile forming framework when passing through continuous beams. This method uses the method of reducing the height of the legs and the front legs in the mobile formwork so that it sits on the continuous beam bridge surface, and assembles on the simply supported beams that have been poured, and then moves forward through the continuous beams to the beam making site. This method is safer, direct, economical, and recyclable than the method of assembling at the beam-making position.
