(hereinafter referred to as the "certification center") 鉴于：当获证组织通过认证中心的移动金融技术服务认证审查后，认证中心将发放认证证书给获证组织。为了有效管理认证证书和认证标志的使用，双方经平等协商，就认证证书和标志的管理和使用达成一致意见，签订本协议，并承诺共同遵守。Whereas: After the certificated organization is qualified in the technology certification of mobile financial service approval by the certification center, the latter party will issue the certificate to the former party.
