Ajob description shall exist identifying the qualificationsfor the position including chemical and coatingknowledge. The qualifications shall include aminimum of 5 years experience in coating operation ora combination of a minimum of 5 years of formalchemical education and coating experience.1.2Does the coater performadvanced quality planning?The organization shall incorporate a documentedadvanced quality planning procedure. A feasibilitystudy shall be performed and internally approved foreach new part or process. Similar parts can begrouped into part families for this effort as defined bythe organization. After the part approval process isapproved by the customer, no process changes areallowed unless approved by the customer. The coatershall contact the customer when clarification ofprocess changes is required.
