This study aims to investigate the clinical application of 1H-MRS in brain glioma and to analyze the correlation between various metabolic values and Ki67.The study will be conducted on patients diagnosed with brain glioma, who will undergo MRI and 1H-MRS scans. The spectra obtained from 1H-MRS will be analyzed to determine the concentrations of metabolites such as choline (Cho), creatine (Cr), and N-acetylaspartate (NAA), and the ratios of Cho/Cr, Cho/NAA, and NAA/Cr.Ki67 is a commonly used marker of cell proliferation in tumors and will be measured in tissue samples obtained from the glioma. The correlation between the metabolic values obtained from 1H-MRS and Ki67 levels will be analyzed using statistical methods. The results of this study will provide valuable insights into the clinical utility of 1H-MRS in brain glioma and the correlation between metabolic values and Ki67. This may facilitate the development of more accurate diagnostic and prognostic tools for brain glioma.
