The aim of this study is to investigate the genetic imprint and expression of genes related to endosperm development in 2N and 4N hybrid rice embryo offspring, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the genetic and life cycle characteristics of hybrid rice. The main research contents include genetic marker analysis of hybrid embryo offspring using molecular marker technology, and analysis and comparison of the molecular markers produced; Meanwhile, transcriptome sequencing technology is used to analyze the expression profile of endosperm development, and to analyze differentially expressed genes and key genes that may be involved in the superior expression of hybrid rice. Finally, it is expected to provide new ideas and methods for rice genetics breeding through the study of the expression characteristics of genetic imprints and genes related to endosperm development in 2N and 4N hybrid rice embryo offspring.Keywords: Rice; Hybrid rice; Embryo offspring; Genetic imprints; Transcriptome analysis.
