精品文档---下载后可任意编辑6082 和 6061 铝合金淬火敏感性及微观组织讨论的开题报告【摘要】本文对 6082 和 6061 铝合金进行淬火敏感性及微观组织的讨论，通过对比两种铝合金的淬火性能及微观组织特征，分析其淬火敏感性的差异和原因。本讨论采纳 SEM、TEM、EDS 等手段对在不同淬火条件下的 6082 和 6061 铝合金进行观察和分析，同时利用热电偶和金相观察法进行热处理前后的温度和组织变化的测试。结果表明，6082 铝合金在淬火过程中出现了显著的敏感性，而 6061 铝合金在淬火过程中表现得比较稳定。通过对比两种铝合金的微观组织特征，发现 6082 铝合金的注氮量大、硅含量高等因素导致了其淬火敏感性的增强。【关键词】6082 铝合金；6061 铝合金；淬火敏感性；微观组织特征；注氮量；硅含量【Abstract】This paper conducts a research on the quench sensitivity and microstructure of 6082 and 6061 aluminum alloys. By comparing the quenching performance and microstructure characteristics of the two aluminum alloys, the difference and reasons of their quench sensitivity are analyzed. In this study, SEM, TEM, EDS and other methods were used to observe and analyze 6082 and 6061 aluminum alloys under different quenching conditions. Meanwhile, thermal couple and metallographic observation method were used to test the temperature and microstructure changes before and after heat treatment. The results show that 6082 aluminum alloy exhibits significant quenching sensitivity during quenching process, while 6061 aluminum alloy shows relatively stable performance.
