精品文档---下载后可任意编辑80 例消化道神经内分泌肿瘤临床分析的开题报告摘要:目的:分析 80 例消化道神经内分泌肿瘤的临床表现、治疗方法和预后。方法:回顾性分析 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月 80 例消化道神经内分泌肿瘤患者的临床资料,包括临床表现、影像学检查、病理诊断、治疗方法、疗效及预后等方面。结果:80 例中 50 例为男性,30 例为女性,平均年龄为 53.8 岁。患者主要症状为腹痛、恶心、呕吐、消瘦、黄疸等,肝功能异常和血清5-羟色胺水平的升高是常见的检查结果。肝、胃肠道和胰腺是最常见的发生部位,其中以小肠和胰腺最为多见。病理诊断以低度分化的内分泌肿瘤和单纯性囊性腺瘤最常见。治疗方法包括手术切除、化疗、介入治疗、放射治疗等,手术切除是最有效的治疗方法。术后生存率和 3 年生存率分别为 69.3%和 59.4%。结论:消化道神经内分泌肿瘤临床表现多样,肝、胃肠道和胰腺是最常见的发生部位。手术切除是最有效的治疗方法,但术后生存率和 3年生存率仍然较低。关键词:消化道神经内分泌肿瘤;临床表现;治疗方法;预后Abstract:Objective: To analyze the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and prognosis of 80 cases of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors.Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 80 patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors from January 2024 to December 2024, including clinical manifestations, imaging examination, pathological diagnosis, treatment methods, efficacy and prognosis.Results: Of the 80 cases, 50 were male and 30 were female, with an average age of 53.8 years. The main symptoms were abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, emaciation, jaundice, etc. Abnormal liver function and elevated serum 5-hydroxytryptamine levels were common examination results.
