The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of the incentive mechanism for civil servants in A City's Statistics Bureau, identify issues, and propose improvement suggestions. The research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and literature analysis to investigate and analyze the incentive mechanism for civil servants in A City's Statistics Bureau. The research findings reveal that there are issues with the incentive mechanism in A City's Statistics Bureau such as unfair policy distribution, insufficient incentive measures, unclear assessment criteria, and more. The proposed improvement suggestions include establishing a fair and reasonable policy distribution mechanism, adopting multiple incentive measures, and establishing a comprehensive performance evaluation system.
