In this study, we will investigate the expression and clinical significance of B7-H4, OPN and P53 in epithelial ovarian tumors. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of B7-H4, OPN and P53 in tumor tissue and corresponding cancer-surrounding tissue specimens of 60 patients with epithelial ovarian tumors, and analyze their correlation with clinical pathological features. The results showed that the expression levels of B7-H4 and OPN were high in epithelial ovarian tumors, and were related to the growth, differentiation degree and metastasis of tumors. The expression level of P53 was closely related to the age, course of disease and treatment effect of the patients. Therefore, the study of the expression of these proteins and their correlation can provide new theoretical basis for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of epithelial ovarian tumors.Keywords: Epithelial ovarian tumor; B7-H4; OPN; P53; Immunohistochemistry
