This paper aims to research the preparation method of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x (BSCCO) high-temperature superconducting devices and their application in the terahertz band. Firstly, the basic characteristics of BSCCO high-temperature superconducting materials and related theoretical knowledge are introduced. Secondly, the preparation method of BSCCO high-temperature superconducting devices is described in detail, including sample preparation, thin film deposition, microelectronic processing, oxidation treatment, and testing.
