Bmi-1 gene is a key regulatory gene and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. This paper aims to explore the expression of Bmi-1 gene in gastric cancer and its clinical significance, and to provide new theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used in this study to detect the expression of Bmi-1 gene in gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissue, and the relationship between Bmi-1 gene expression and clinical pathology characteristics of gastric cancer patients, including age, gender, TNM staging, etc., was analyzed.It is expected that the expression of Bmi-1 gene in gastric cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissue, indicating that Bmi-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
