The purpose of this study is to optimize the preparation process of BSA-PLGA microspheres, analyze their characteristics, and explore their application prospects.Firstly, this study will use different preparation conditions, including polymer molecular weight, oil phase, emulsifier concentration, and stabilizer concentration, to facilitate the preparation of BSA-PLGA microspheres with ideal properties. Then, the morphology, particle size distribution, surface morphology, Zeta potential, drug encapsulation rate, drug release behavior, and stability of microspheres were characterized. Finally, the application prospects and possible problems of BSA-PLGA microspheres in tumor therapy were discussed.Keywords: BSA-PLGA microspheres, preparation, characterization, tumor therapy, drug delivery.
