精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Ce 对铝青铜合金粉末及其熔覆层组织性能的影响的开题报告摘要:铝青铜合金是一种具有优异机械性能和耐腐蚀性能的材料,在航空航天、汽车制造、海洋工程等领域有广泛应用。本文通过制备不同粒度的铝青铜合金粉末,并采纳火焰熔覆工艺制备铝青铜合金熔覆层,讨论不同粒度铝青铜合金粉末对熔覆层的组织结构和性能的影响,主要包括显微组织、显微硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能等方面。结果表明,粒度为 5-15μm 的铝青铜合金粉末可以获得较好的熔覆层结构和较高的显微硬度,但是在耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能方面稍逊于粒度为 15-25μm 的铝青铜合金粉末。本讨论可为铝青铜合金材料应用和制备提供一定的理论和实验依据。关键词:铝青铜合金;粉末冶金;熔覆层;组织性能;机械性能;耐腐蚀性能Abstract:Aluminum bronze alloy is a material with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, which has wide applications in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, marine engineering and so on. In this study, aluminum bronze alloy powders with different particle sizes were prepared, and aluminum bronze alloy coatings were prepared by flame spraying process. The effects of different particle sizes of aluminum bronze alloy powders on the structure and properties of coatings were studied, including microstructure, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The results showed that the aluminum bronze alloy powder with a particle size of 5-15 μm could obtain a good coating structure and a higher microhardness, but it was slightly inferior to the aluminum bronze alloy powder with a particle size of 15-25 μm in wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This study can provide certain theoretical and experimental basis for the application and preparation of aluminum bronze alloy materials.Keywords: aluminum bronze alloy; powder metallurgy; coating; structural properties; mechanical properties; corrosion resistance
