Compared with traditional CCD (Coupled Charge Device), CMOS image sensors have the advantages of low power consumption and high integration. However, in actual use, there is column fixed pattern noise in image acquisition, which affects the quality of the image.This article mainly explores the method of eliminating column fixed pattern noise in CMOS image sensors, by calibrating on the sensor chip to reduce the impact of column fixed pattern noise and ultimately improve the quality of the image.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Firstly, by analyzing the working principle and manufacturing process of CMOS image sensors, this article describes in detail the causes and characteristics of column fixed pattern noise. Then the calibration method of the sensor is discussed, and two calibration methods based on fixed image and automatic exposure are introduced and analyzed their respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally, through experiments, column fixed pattern noise is reduced to an acceptable range based on the two calibration methods of fixed image and automatic exposure.The method proposed in this article can effectively eliminate column fixed pattern noise in CMOS image sensors and achieve higher quality image acquisition.Keywords: CMOS image sensor; column fixed pattern noise; calibration method; image quality.
