Firstly, the application of nanocrystals in solar cells is reviewed, and the preparation methods, characterization methods and phase structure of Cu3Sb(S1-xSe)3 nanocrystals are introduced. Then, the influence of different preparation conditions on the microstructure and phase structure of Cu3Sb(S1-xSe)3 nanocrystals is studied. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis show that Cu3Sb(S1-xSe)3 nanocrystals can obtain different crystal phase structures and grain size after regulating conditions, so as to study its optical, electrical and other properties. Finally, the application prospect of Cu3Sb(S1-xSe)3 nanocrystals in solar cells is discussed through the study of optical and electrical properties.Keywords: Cu3Sb(S1-xSe)3 nanocrystals; Phase control; Performance research; Solar cell
